How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner i.e Blue Dart.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Guarantee for delivery made by the Company is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency/errors in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our orders are delivered within 7-10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

We have standard shipping charges which may vary according to the volumetric weight of the order.

Vynk Stores Return Policy

Vynk Stores offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return request of a product within 4-6 business days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

Checklist to return the product 

Please make sure products are returned with the tags & the original packaging is intact, in an unwashed, undamaged and unused. Refund/replacement would be issued after a thorough inspection of the product(s) & the process will be completed within 72 working hours.


There may be certain orders that we might be unable to process due to certain reasons. Vynk Stores solely reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Certain criteria for cancellation of order includes that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracy or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In such case if customer has placed the order and payment is made and if we are unable to Provide the product/products, full paid amount will be refunded to customer.

Also if the order is cancelled by the customer after being processed, the gift amount of that order won't be refunded.

The recipient, upon signing the delivery receipt, acknowledges the receipt of the product in terms of the order placed with the Company. The Company is not liable to the Customer / recipient for any refund / replacement, under any circumstances, for any subsequent complaints with respect to such deliveries If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the Company / courier agent shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the Member shall be chargeable to the Member. In such case the order will be cancelled and the voucher amount of such product will not be refundable.
